[pW 4.0] RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED error creating slides [Fixed]

In releases previous to PowerWorship 4.0 fix pack 3, the following error was intermittently displayed when creating slides with Microsoft PowerPoint:
Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED).
This problem is now fixed.
